About This Class

At Tidal Wave we offer multiple 45-minute strength-style classes focused on building muscular strength, muscular endurance, and mastering the fundamentals of lifting. These classes provide a comprehensive approach to strength training in a supportive group environment.

Class size is intentionally limited to six individuals per class to allow for individualized coaching, form monitoring, and personalized attention from our certified trainers. Whether you're new to strength training or looking to refine your technique, you'll receive the guidance you need to lift safely and effectively.
